To stay at the Maison du Chevalier des Huttes is to enjoy a humanist, authentic and gourmet experience in the friendly, intimate and comfortable atmosphere of a historic site and an exceptional restaurant, in the heart of a unique environment.Karine welcomes you with Angelo to make your stay in the Cantal a singular interlude of flavors and memories around three inspirations of stays :
. A half-board stay in one of the Maison's comfortable rooms/suites (breakfasts and dinners at the table d'hôtes, full board on request outside the summer season).
. Tailor-made stay: a home stay including, according to your wishes, activities and/or treatments to be carried out nearby with neighbors who are experts in their field.
. Séjour Equilibre et Gourmandise: a stay designed as a private or group course/retreat with full board, based on nutrition and well-being as a discipline and art of living (culinary workshops, nutritional advice sessions, eco-responsible awareness; cultural, physical and sensory activities).
Whatever your stay, you'll feel awaited and welcomed, and share in the conviviality of warm, caring moments. You'll enjoy healthy, well-balanced meals, prepared with your health in mind, using only the finest ingredients and with the full attention of your host, who is certified in nutrition and passionate about cooking.
