Once you've reached the signpost, take the small, level road that runs off to the left for about 300m. At the intersection after the last house, leave the road and take the path that climbs to the right. After a few hairpin bends, you'll come to a wide track.
Continue on this wide track for about 1km, ignoring the intersections. You'll come to a clearing.
Turn right onto a track that climbs up into the moorland and into the woods. The path climbs up through the beech forest to a small pass.
Climb into the forest, taking the path on the right. After almost 1km, the path leaves the wood to return to the summer pastures. Continue around Puy Griou.
You can climb Puy Griou, but beware: it's vertiginous and quite technical!
